You'll design and improve procurement workflows for a fast-growing AI company, partnering across Finance, Legal, and Enterprise Technology to streamline spend lifecycle processes. You'll identify opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve service delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner across teams to improve procurement request and approval workflows
• Translate policies and feedback into business requirements for system improvements
• Analyze operational data to identify friction points and prioritize enhancements
• Support rollout and adoption of new processes and tools

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Procurement Technology or related operational roles
• Hands-on experience with Zip, Oracle Fusion, VNDLY, Navan, or Brex
• Operational knowledge across Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes
• Experience designing scalable workflows and automation in complex environments

• Experience applying AI tools like GPT-based capabilities
