Description

As a Floor Lead at Mejuri, you'll lead by example on the sales floor, driving exceptional customer experiences and team performance. You will support daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment while fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

Requirements

• Proficient in point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and retail technology
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in retail leadership or floor supervision preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure quality customer experience and team adherence to selling steps
• Drive KPI achievement (OPH, NPS, SPH, conversion) through personal and team performance
• Support inventory cycle counts, order fulfillment, and BOH organization
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
• Assist with onboarding, performance assessment, and employee relations
