💼 About This Role

You'll ensure products, processes, and systems meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You'll blend engineering principles with quality management to prevent defects and improve efficiency. This role offers opportunity for leadership growth within the Mexico Quality Team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Monitor processes, conduct audits, perform root cause analysis.
• Analyze data using SPC and capability studies.
• Manage non-conformances, CAPA, and supplier quality.
• Collaborate on new product introductions (NPI).

📋 Requirements

• 7 years experience in sheet metal, welding, and CNC machining.
• Experience with PPAP documentation and new product launches.
• Knowledge of Core Tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, Capability Studies).
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

✨ Nice to Have

• Internal quality auditor (ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949).
• Experience with inspection and measurement equipment.
• GD&T and 8D report experience.
