Requirements
- 2-3 years of IT support experience in a corporate environment
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Experience supporting Active Directory and Entra environments
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Salesforce or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Active Directory, Absolute
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for employees globally across hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications
- Triage inbound IT support cases, resolving or escalating as appropriate
- Troubleshoot complex issues with workstations, networking, authentication, email, and VPN
- Support and troubleshoot both MacOS and Windows environments, including laptop updates
- Administer user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
