🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle collection calls and correspondence with customers
• Evaluate and execute bond and lien rights at account project level
• Reconcile customer disputes regarding outstanding payments
• Supervise credit/collections personnel in designated area

📋 Requirements

• 6 years of experience in collections required
• 2 years in a related supervisory position required
• Proficiency with collections and negotiation communication

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate's degree in Accounting or relevant field
• NACM CBA, CBF or CCE certification
• Experience in equipment rental industry
