You'll deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers in a globally distributed team, focusing on WordPress ecosystems and complex troubleshooting. You'll drive platform stability and customer excellence through deep debugging, performance optimization, and collaboration across engineering and support teams.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers via ticketing and calls
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues with WordPress apps, plugins, and APIs
  • Perform in-depth debugging using logs, monitoring tools, and code analysis
  • Provide technical guidance on WordPress best practices and scalability

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • WordPress experience with themes, plugins, hooks, and WP-CLI
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS debugging
  • Customer-facing technical support experience in enterprise environments
  • Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, Git, and version control

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with WooCommerce, Gutenberg, or enterprise WordPress hosting
  • Experience with caching layers and reverse proxies
  • Knowledge of New Relic, Kibana, or similar observability tools
