💼 About This Role

You'll own the product strategy and roadmap for Binti's flagship Licensing module, a digital platform that powers foster family licensing for over 49% of U.S. child welfare agencies. Your work will directly increase the number of families licensed and reduce time to approval for agencies. You'll also identify AI opportunities to transform licensing workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the Licensing product.
• Translate user needs into a multi-year vision and quarterly roadmap.
• Drive key metrics like families licensed and time to approval.
• Identify and ship AI features for licensing workflows.
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools to test ideas with users.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience at a high-growth B2B or enterprise SaaS company.
• Track record of scaling products meaningfully.
• AI-native: daily use of Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or v0.
• Deep experience with user research and turning insights into actionable updates.

• Experience with regulated, government-facing, or complex workflow software.
• Comfort wearing many hats across UX, design, prompt engineering, and project management.
