💼 About This Role
You'll lead Pigment's enterprise customer acquisition in the East Region as part of a high-growth SaaS company. You'll drive outbound sales strategies, manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed revenue targets. This role offers the chance to shape a rapidly expanding market with top-tier investors and a dynamic remote team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define monthly and quarterly sales objectives and build metrics for visibility.
- Measure and manage sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts.
- Drive sales cycles for critical wins and close high-visibility deals.
- Foster a positive team culture and implement effective sales processes.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of sales experience in a hypergrowth SaaS startup
- 3+ years managing and developing a team of sellers
- Experience with finance, supply chain, or business planning solutions

- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience with 6-9 month deal cycles and $150k+ ACVs
- Passion for designing sales strategies in a new US market
