💼 About This Role

You'll join a small, product-focused team to evolve Advisor into a single, general, agentic product that revenue cycle teams love. You'll ship concrete, high-impact work quickly, evolving from a UI-centric product to a more agentic architecture. This role offers a chance to shape what an AI-augmented engineering team looks like.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own feature development for Advisor end-to-end.
• Collaborate with product, clinical SMEs, and revenue cycle teams.
• Use Claude Code as a development collaborator.
• Design and implement integrations to external APIs.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of work experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Production experience with Postgres
• Startup experience and 0→1 product building track record

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or shipping an agent/advisor product
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Clinical or health-data domain experience
