🎯 What You'll Do

• Dispatch techs using ServiceTitan for optimal route efficiency
• Manage daily board: schedule, reschedule, fill open time slots
• Prioritize calls by urgency, location, and tech skillset
• Monitor tech progress and adjust schedules in real-time

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of dispatching experience
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Strong decision-making and sense of urgency

• HVAC/home services dispatching experience
• Experience with high-volume call handling
