You'll own the voice and pulse of a fast-growing global gaming community on Colonist's digital board game platform. You'll build lasting relationships, run weekly tournaments, and turn passionate players into lifelong advocates. This role offers ownership and async culture with a remote-first team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Discord: moderate channels daily, enforce rules, manage bots and roles
• Write and publish all community content (patch notes, newsletters, announcements)
• Run weekly tournaments and competitive seasons
• Build direct relationships with top players, streamers, and creators

📋 Requirements

• Experience in building and managing communities
• Strong English writing skills: clear, warm, consistent across channels
• Expertise in Discord: bots, permissions, server structure, moderation
• Ability to work asynchronously and deliver without hand-holding

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Catan or experience on Colonist
• Speaks Spanish, Portuguese, or German
• Video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
