Description

You will manage global litigation, arbitration, disputes, and regulatory inquiries for consumer, intellectual property, and commercial matters. You'll drive law enforcement response and IP enforcement strategy, shape litigation strategies, and collaborate with senior leaders and outside counsel across international jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in gaming, media, or technology (in-house preferred)
• Member in good standing of California Bar or ability to register as in-house counsel
• Complex litigation experience in consumer, IP, and class actions
• Excellent judgment, drafting, and communication skills
• Practical business acumen and ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement litigation and arbitration strategies across jurisdictions
• Manage global litigation portfolio and regulatory response strategy
• Drive internal discovery activities and subpoena responses
• Own all pre-litigation disputes, including with players
• Advise senior leaders in high-stakes litigation contexts
