You'll lead the Sales Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience at ALO's Dedham store. You'll drive business targets through sales coaching, workforce planning, and operational efficiency. This role combines sales leadership, business analysis, and people development in a fast-paced retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate sales opportunities and partner with GM to fix gaps
• Coach Sales Service team on guest experience and product education
• Manage sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
• Review budget, reporting, and metrics with GM

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to stand and move for entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladder
