You'll lead construction projects from planning through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, and teams to deliver successful outcomes. Your work ensures projects meet scope, financial targets, and safety standards, fostering client satisfaction and repeat business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage construction proposals including estimating and scheduling
• Prepare baseline performance plans and develop project metrics
• Oversee financial performance and monthly forecasting
• Ensure safety compliance and zero-tolerance environment
• Manage client communication and owner satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture
• Minimum 5 years experience as Project Manager or Construction Manager
• Experience managing at-risk construction projects $3M to $20M
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling and Earned Value management

• PMP or CCM certification
• Experience with design/build proposals
