Description

You will lead the IT team, overseeing technology operations including DevOps, CI/CD, systems administration, and network administration. You'll manage both on-premises and cloud infrastructure, ensure compliance with frameworks like FedRAMP High and PCI DSS, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and service levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT management
• Azure cloud infrastructure expertise (VDI, DevBox, AD Connect, networking)
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform, Bicep, or configuration management
• On-premises infrastructure experience (Windows Server, VMware, networking)
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 compliance frameworks

Responsibilities

• Oversee all technology operations including DevOps, CI/CD, systems and network administration, and desktop support
• Maintain IT infrastructure including operating systems, Office365, Azure services, and hardware/software inventory
• Oversee cloud services for FedRAMP High compliance
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend cost-effective infrastructure and services
• Manage IT initiatives by business priority and communicate statuses to management
