💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) capabilities within a federal healthcare enrollment ecosystem. Your work will directly improve user experiences and streamline operations for federal programs, making healthcare more accessible. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to prioritize features and drive data-driven improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for EDE functionality.
• Own and refine the product backlog with well-defined user stories.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
• Act as liaison between development teams and business stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in product management or product ownership roles.
• 5+ years in healthcare, health insurance, or regulated government healthcare programs.
• Experience supporting federal or state government IT programs in healthcare eligibility or enrollment.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
