🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead tax consulting, planning, and compliance for pass-through entities and C corps.
• Guide and develop the tax preparation team throughout the engagement cycle.
• Deliver high-quality client service and build client loyalty.
• Drive continuous process improvement and creative problem-solving.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business with accounting certificate
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience at a regional or large CPA firm
• Active CPA license
• Tax experience with Partnerships, S-Corps, and Pass-Through Entities

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation
• Axcess Tax/Engagement experience and paperless environment experience
• Successful business development track record
