💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Platform pod at Baton, a Ryder technology lab, driving a key commercial product for 2026. You'll own platform roadmap from ideation to launch, including pricing and go-to-market strategy. This is a player-coach role where you'll start as an IC PM and later build a team. You'll report directly to the Head of Product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product, ICP, GTM motion, and success metrics.
• Take new initiatives from first sketch to live customer.
• Build and lead a Platform PM team as work scales.
• Set operating rhythm for planning, review, and shipping.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management.
• 3+ years actively managing PMs.
• Shipped a horizontal/platform product to enterprise customers through 0→1→scale.
• Comfortable presenting strategy to senior enterprise leadership.

✨ Nice to Have

• Logistics, supply chain, or transportation domain experience.
• Shipped AI features inside a product.
• Worked in a Fortune-500-meets-startup environment.
