You'll lead strategic research on customer journeys at a global marketplace for refurbished tech, shaping product and business decisions. Your insights will drive sustainable technology adoption and reduce environmental impact. This role offers high autonomy in a mission-driven, B Corp certified team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead exploratory and strategic research studies on customer behaviors and market trends.
• Design and execute concept and idea testing for new features and value propositions.
• Run high-quality qualitative and quantitative research across the customer journey.
• Coach designers on usability testing to embed user insights into product development.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in User Research or adjacent field with full product lifecycle experience.
• Expert in qualitative and quantitative methods like depth interviews, surveys, and statistical analysis.
• Experience coaching or enabling non-researchers (designers, PMs) to conduct research.
• Strong communication skills to advocate for users and influence stakeholders at all levels.
