🎯 What You'll Do

• Support CLO with Board of Directors meetings and materials
• Assist with SEC filings and insider trading compliance
• Manage Contract Management System intake and tracking
• Respond to internal legal questions and coordinate with outside counsel

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of paralegal experience
• Experience supporting Board of Directors activities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with a Contract Management System
• Experience with public-company compliance or SEC processes
• Paralegal certification
