🎯 What You'll Do

• Own object detection quality and improvement goals
• Develop and execute technical roadmaps
• Lead analysis of real-world object detection issues
• Build high performing teams through hiring and development

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS or equivalent deep learning experience
• 5+ years in Machine Learning and/or Computer Vision
• 3+ years managing ML engineering or research teams
• Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or JAX

✨ Nice to Have

• MS or PhD in ML, Robotics, or CS
• Publications at top-tier conferences
• C++ and real-time system design experience
