You'll join a medical device startup focused on kidney stone treatment, providing clinical support and training to surgical teams. You'll proctor cases and ensure safe, effective device use across the country. This role offers autonomy and impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide clinical case coverage and proctor surgical procedures
• Train surgical teams on device preparation and intraoperative use
• Manage inventory, reconcile usage, and perform quality audits
• Deliver procedural training to physicians and medical staff

📋 Requirements

• Clinical experience as Scrub Tech, X-Ray Tech, RN, BSN, or Laser Tech
• Surgical technique and sterile procedure knowledge in OR
• Willingness to travel up to 90% by car

✨ Nice to Have

• Industry experience as Clinical Specialist in medical device
• Urology experience
• Fluoroscopy experience
