You'll coordinate organ and tissue donation from referral to recovery, working with donor families and medical professionals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to donor referrals and evaluate medical suitability
• Manage hemodynamic stability using approved donor protocols
• Coordinate organ recovery with OR and allocation teams
• Hold donation discussions and support grieving families

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or biological sciences
• 2 years' experience in critical care setting
• Current ACLS Certification
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior OPO clinical experience
• EMT-P or RRT certification
• CPTC certification within 2 years
