You'll plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms. You'll drive data-driven media buying strategies that align with client goals and target audiences. This part-time role offers remote flexibility and a collaborative culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct market research to identify effective media channels.
  • Launch and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic display.
  • Allocate media budgets and monitor daily/weekly pacing to meet targets.
  • Analyze campaign data to optimize spend and performance metrics.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency or B2B setting.
  • Proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic).
  • Experience with analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, third-party trackers).
  • Proven track record managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on results.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with B2B lead gen platforms like Clutch or G2.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and Matched Audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and closing the feedback loop with sales/CRM data.
