You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development at a pop culture-driven retail store. You'll create buzz and customer engagement through promotions and social media while running an operationally sound business. This role combines leadership with a mission to eliminate hunger.

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Create customer engagement through promotions and social media.
• Manage shrink, payroll, and associate schedules.
• Merchandise store using planograms and launch promos on time.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise, and lift up to 50 pounds.
