You'll lead the strategic management of a large-scale, multi-site real estate and facilities portfolio across the US. You'll drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance in a government contracting environment. This is a high-impact leadership role with remote flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute long-term real estate strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, acquisitions, and sublease management.
• Direct facilities operations including maintenance, infrastructure, and workplace services.
• Manage facilities budgets, capital expenditures, and P&L performance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities Management, or Real Estate.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in facilities or real estate management.
• Experience in government contracting or large corporate environments.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.

• Experience managing global or enterprise-level real estate operations.
