Description

In this role, you will collaborate with sales and implementation teams to drive client engagement and revenue, plan and execute integration engineering from architecture to code, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for Stripe's largest users. You'll educate users on Stripe's products and best practices while providing feedback to internal teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or related field
• Proficient in code-level debugging (Stripe and user code)
• Able to discuss technical concepts and explain Stripe's functionality (product features and API architecture)
• User-focused with strong sense of empathy
• Excellent client-facing communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture and Implementation teams to drive client engagement and revenue
• Plan and execute integration engineering end-to-end, from architecture to code implementation
• Educate users and the developer community about Stripe's value proposition, best practices, and new technical developments
• Be the primary technical point of contact for largest users' and partners' technical teams
• Provide recommendations and feedback to product and engineering teams
