💼 About This Role

You'll own the ecommerce product roadmap for rhode and e.l.f. Beauty's DTC brands, driving conversion across all channels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class shopping experience. This role offers hybrid work in Beverly Hills and bonus eligibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and own the ecommerce product roadmap from discovery to launch.
• Maintain & update the Shopify store for merchandising and promotions.
• Evaluate customer journeys and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prioritize backlog of features, bugs, and A/B tests based on data.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, computer science or related field.
• 5+ years ecommerce experience in a similar role.
• Experience with ShopifyPlus and Asana.
• Strong relationship management and project execution skills.
