You'll lead and improve anti-money laundering and KYC processes at C6 Bank, a major digital bank in Brazil. Your work will ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate financial crime risks through team management and analytics partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the PLD team and ensure governance
• Perform deep analysis of sensitive cases
• Coordinate with analytics and data teams
• Handle communications to COAF and regulators

📋 Requirements

• PLD/FT and/or KYC experience in financial institutions
• Previous team leadership experience
• Strong analytical reasoning for data-driven decisions
• Critical process evaluation skills
