💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a finance partner within Unity's FP&A team, supporting leaders across Sales, eCommerce, and Marketing. Your core impact will be driving end-to-end forecasting and strategic analysis for top-line and operational expenses. You'll also partner with Data and BI teams to improve executive dashboards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as finance partner for Sales, eCommerce, and Marketing leaders
• Support end-to-end forecasting, planning, close, and budgeting processes
• Track and report on key GTM KPIs like ARR, ACV, and active seats
• Prepare materials for executive-level business reviews

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Strong analytical skills to investigate variances and surface insights
• Financial modeling and large data manipulation skills
• Experience with AI tools or assistants in a professional context

• Experience with SQL
• Proven track record of process improvement
• Experience with Adaptive, Workday, Salesforce, and Google Suite
