You'll join an interdisciplinary team to deliver restorative physical therapy services to seniors, focusing on maximizing independence and safety. You'll build long-term participant relationships with lower patient volumes and collaborate across disciplines. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments in facility or home settings.
• Participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans.
• Deliver interventions like exercise, gait training, and modalities.
• Supervise Therapy Assistants and implement Functional Maintenance Programs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
• Valid California Physical Therapy License or proof of eligibility.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or doctoral degree in physical therapy.
• Two years in clinical setting with frail or elderly population.
• Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience.
