You'll lead product strategy and execution for complex enterprise AI engagements at Headstart, the team behind coding agent Friday. Your core impact is shaping cross-client product strategy, building reusable frameworks, and owning AI product quality end-to-end. This role offers the chance to define success metrics and production-readiness standards for cutting-edge applied AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product strategy across enterprise engagements from discovery to platform vision
• Shape cross-client product strategy by identifying patterns and building reusable frameworks
• Own AI product quality end-to-end, defining success metrics and evaluation frameworks
• Drive 0→1 validation of AI products through rapid prototyping and fast iteration

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management in B2B SaaS or enterprise AI
• Track record owning multi-phase, multi-stakeholder engagements from scoping through production
• Experience with AI/ML systems including agent architectures, retrieval, and evaluation pipelines
• Exceptional writing skills for strategy docs, client specs, and internal frameworks
