You'll support onsite and virtual interviews and recruiting activities for Addepar's growing UK offices as the first team member in Edinburgh. You'll ensure a flawless candidate experience and contribute to scaling hiring processes. This role offers growth in Talent Acquisition within a global data and AI platform managing nearly $9 trillion in assets.

• Schedule and coordinate onsite and virtual interviews
• Book candidate travel and process expense reimbursements
• Maintain requisition data in Greenhouse and Workday
• Support Talent Acquisition branding projects and reporting

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience in fast-paced recruiting or HR
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Experience supporting global workforces across time zones
