You will lead supplier development engineering to ensure quality and reliability across the Terran R program, driving supplier performance, risk resolution, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a high-performing Supplier Development Engineering team
• Set and execute supplier development strategy and reliability roadmap
• Drive supplier performance management with key metrics and scorecards
• Own major supplier risk escalation and resolution using disciplined problem solving
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
