💼 About This Role

You'll join LifeStance Health as a Clinical Supervisor in our outpatient offices in Washington State. You will provide therapy and supervision while ensuring clinical excellence. This role offers a hybrid schedule and a competitive compensation package.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual and/or couples therapy to patients
• Supervise associate-level therapists as an approved supervisor
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on patient care

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW)
• Approved Clinical Supervisor designation in Washington State
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting

• Experience with couples therapy
• Bilingual skills
• Prior experience in a group practice
