Description
You will assist the NFL Global Security Operations Center in monitoring threats, managing requests, and supporting physical security technology. Your work helps protect NFL interests worldwide, especially during major events.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proven research experience from various sources.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- 2-3 years experience in a security operations center or similar environment (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage intake and fulfillment of research and incident information requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor security technology systems including video management, access control, and incident management.
- Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) research to support investigations and risk assessments.
- Assist with travel risk management by monitoring global developments and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Maintain databases, SOPs, and incident tracking documentation.
