You'll join Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, to drive strategic partnerships with banks and payment providers across Asia. Your core impact is scaling local fiat infrastructure, enabling seamless deposits and withdrawals for 300+ million users. This role stands out for its global reach and full ownership of the partnership lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and build partnerships with banks and payment providers.
• Drive expansion of local fiat capabilities and payment rails.
• Own full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to go-live.
• Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments.

📋 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in payments, fintech, or banking.
• Proven enterprise business development in payment partnerships.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Risk teams.
• Strong network across PSPs, acquirers, or banks in APAC.
