Description

You will oversee a vehicle reconditioning center, managing a team of up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Your role ensures quality, production, and cost objectives are met while fostering continuous improvement and high associate engagement.

Requirements

• 5 years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
• Provide mentoring, accountability, and succession planning for direct reports
• Ensure adherence to operating standards, policies, and performance standards
• Maintain supervisory staff through recruiting, training, and development
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention guidelines
