Description
You will lead core corporate accounting execution, including month-end close, financial reporting, corporate accounting, intercompany allocations, and corporate tax oversight. Your role is to strengthen processes and controls, elevate insights, and communicate clearly to senior leadership at a fast-growing fintech company.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in corporate accounting and month-end close.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
- Proficiency with NetSuite and FloQast.
- In-depth experience with intercompany accounting and tax oversight.
- Team leadership and process improvement skills.
Responsibilities
- Own month-end close management in FloQast, ensuring 100% task completion and driving consistency and quality.
- Lead monthly reporting file preparation and review, including tie-outs, roll forwards, variance commentary.
- Oversee corporate accounting including AP, AR in NetSuite, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage intercompany transaction recording and corporate allocations.
- Support corporate tax planning and partner with Controller on forward-looking impacts.
