• Reconcile client POs and contracts to revenue
• Review active jobs for missing revenue and stale WIP
• Support month-end close with accurate financial data
• Prepare quarterly reporting packages

📋 Requirements

• Experience in finance, client finance, or revenue operations
• Experience with revenue tracking or WIP management
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Maconomy)
• Experience in a SOX-controlled environment
