Requirements

• 8+ years in digital transformation, product strategy, or AI enablement
• 5+ years focused on People, Finance, or Legal technologies
• Deep understanding of Workday, Greenhouse, Oracle Financials
• Proven success leading AI implementations or workflow automation
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills
