💼 About This Role

You'll drive Meta Ads scaling for Agen, a social discovery platform for users 45+. Your core impact will be to double marketing spend and build a stable testing system for the US market. This role offers ownership of strategy and execution without micromanagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute UA strategy for Meta Ads Web.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale ad campaigns to meet CAC/ROAS/ROMI targets.
• Collaborate on creative development and adaptation for different formats and audiences.
• Conduct A/B tests on web funnels and optimize campaign settings.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of Meta Ads experience in B2C SaaS products.
• Proficiency in marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention).
• Experience managing ad budgets over $200,000/month.
• Intermediate (B1+) English.

• Experience with Snapchat and TikTok Ads.
