📋 Requirements

• Experience in learning & development, employee engagement, or HR program roles.
• Strong execution and coordination skills to manage multiple programs.
• Comfort with calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, and basic HR systems.
• Clear communication and facilitation skills in group settings.
