You'll own engagement programs and learning coordination across a fast-growing tech company. Your work will directly impact employee connection and performance across 8 million users. You'll run practical initiatives that reinforce culture in day-to-day work.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the company-wide engagement and learning calendar.
- Plan and execute engagement programs end-to-end.
- Coordinate learning programs with internal and external trainers.
- Run onboarding culture sessions for new hires.
๐ Requirements
- Experience in learning & development, employee engagement, or HR program roles.
- Strong execution and coordination skills to manage multiple programs.
- Comfort with calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, and basic HR systems.
- Clear communication and facilitation skills in group settings.

- Experience in a fast-growing tech startup environment.
- Familiarity with LMS or HRIS platforms.
- Basic data analysis skills for measuring program impact.
