Description

In this role, you will lead strategic development and execution of global payroll risk and incident management. You'll drive resolution of high-impact incidents, mentor team members, and embed risk-aware thinking into operations, directly influencing how the company grows with control and confidence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in payroll risk management, incident response, or compliance
• Expertise in designing and scaling risk governance frameworks
• Experience mentoring others in a distributed, remote-first environment
• Strong project management with cross-functional initiative leadership
• Excellent communication and influence skills with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee global risk management frameworks for payroll operations
• Own and evolve the global payroll risk register
• Lead cross-functional risk assessments with Legal, Product, and Payroll Ops
• Serve as escalation point for complex payroll incidents and lead incident response
• Translate incident data into cross-functional improvement initiatives
