Description

You will lead developmental testing of subsonic to hypersonic systems, collaborating with program leadership and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and report on test programs. Your work directly impacts cutting-edge defense technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
• 7-10+ years experience as program lead or test director for rocket-launched or developmental weapon systems
• Extensive experience in SRM flight testing, guided SRM missile development, and MRTFB operations
• Expertise in developing Flight Safety Systems compliant with MRTFB, RCC, and FAA standards
• Knowledge of military standards such as MIL-STD-8591, MIL-STD-2088, MIL-STD-1553

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program management on rocket-launched systems proposals and test strategies
• Lead team to plan and execute full system-level test and evaluation of hardware and software
• Serve as lead test engineer for R&D rocket-launched systems including development and certification testing
• Engage with civil and government agencies for operational authorizations
• Conduct ground and flight testing at private and government test ranges
