Description

In this role, you will lead marketing measurement and incrementality analysis to drive patient growth decisions. You will partner with Growth Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to build frameworks, models, and experiments that make performance legible and actionable.

Requirements

  • 10+ years using data science and experimentation for marketing, growth, or marketplace decisions.
  • Deep expertise in causal inference and incrementality in real-world marketing systems.
  • Strong SQL and proficiency in Python or R for reliable analytical workflows.
  • Practical modeling skills for marketing: cohorting, forecasting, LTV, saturation, MMM.
  • Experience mentoring analysts and establishing best practices in experimentation and causal inference.

Responsibilities

  • Own incrementality measurement across channels using geo tests, holdouts, lift tests, and quasi-experiments.
  • Build a trusted marketing measurement system with canonical metrics (CAC, LTV, payback, ROI).
  • Diagnose performance changes and quantify contributing drivers to recommend actions.
  • Develop LTV forecasting, cohort prediction, causal uplift models, and marketing mix modeling.
  • Partner with Engineering to improve event instrumentation, identity resolution, and data quality.
