Description

You'll provide functional support for Mitratech's SaaS products, working with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues via phone, chat, and email. You'll serve as the first point of contact, researching and resolving support inquiries while meeting customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year customer service experience
  • Self-motivated with curiosity to learn
  • Ability to manage time and work remotely
  • Customer-centric attitude and sound decision-making
  • Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact via phone, chat, email, and web portal
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve support issues
  • Identify workarounds and communicate solutions to customers
  • Maintain detailed call and email records for all interactions
  • Prioritize issues based on SLAs and severities
