💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the data infrastructure that powers Wagmo's growth. You'll design and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines and architect our data warehouse on BigQuery. This role offers high ownership and impact in a rapidly growing VC-backed startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouse architecture.
• Define and implement clean, well-tested dbt transformations with CI/CD standards.
• Ensure data quality through validation, monitoring, and anomaly detection.
• Partner with Analytics, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver accessible data.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering at a high-growth SaaS or consumer tech company
• Expertise in Python and SQL
• Deep dbt experience on BigQuery or similar
• Strong Git/CI/CD practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with GCP and orchestration tools like Airflow or Fivetran
• Solid grasp of data warehousing fundamentals
• Understanding of building data models for AI
