You will lead the global inventory control and quality assurance programs across multiple RTE sites, ensuring near-perfect inventory accuracy and tight process control. This role involves building and mentoring teams, implementing real-time visibility tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor global inventory control and quality teams
• Develop and implement inventory control and quality strategies aligned with company objectives
• Drive near-perfect inventory accuracy (≥ 99%+) through disciplined cycle counting
• Implement real-time visibility tools (RFID, barcode scanning, WMS/ERP) for lot traceability
• Partner with Finance to optimize working capital and lead SIOP process
