You'll maintain building systems across Allied's portfolio, performing inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance. You'll ensure properties operate efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of physical quality. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee service contracts and supervise contractors on site.
• Perform inspections and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Respond to tenant requests and document work through Yardi FM.
• Conduct roof inspections and coordinate repairs as needed.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in building operations or general maintenance.
• 2 years of experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm systems.
• BES I & II or SMA/SMT or 4th Class Power Engineer certification.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and building codes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Yardi FM or other building management system.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
• Valid driver's license.
